Our Vision
Crest are ably supported on the redevelopment of Payne’s Shipyard by a design and planning team that includes award-winning consultancies Nash Partnership and Scott Brownrigg. They, like Crest, understand Bristol, place-making and the importance of delivering new homes that create lasting communities.
The planning application has been submitted on behalf of Crest Nicholson, Crest Nicholson Operations Limited and Bristol Metal Spraying and Protective Coatings Limited.
Our aim is to deliver a distinctive residential-led development that makes the best use of the old Shipyard site. This means providing the right density, quality and mix of homes, including Affordable Homes. It also means balancing a range of other important issues, including the need to respect the amenity of adjoining occupiers, ecological sensitivities, and existing built heritage. It also means minimising use of the private car, providing environmental enhancements and supporting a low-carbon future for Bristol.
